We at novoprotein hold ourselves to an extremely high standard when it comes to our products and services. We take pride in our products, and have great confidence in their quality and functionality. However, for those who believe their products are not up to our standards, we take your claims very seriously and have implemented guarantees to address them.

For existing catalog products, extensive testing has been done to ensure the quality and activity. Data from this is displayed in our Data Sheets, which are sent along with the protein and can also be found on the products' webpages before purchasing. If our products do not function as stated on the datasheet, we will replace or refund the products.

In addition to pre-existing catalog products, we also offer Custom Products. If our custom service projects are delivered according to anything but the contract agreement, we will repeat the procedure at no additional cost.
